Already have a template?
That is completely fine. If you have a theme, a page builder, or an existing WordPress or Squarespace site you want set up, customised, or fixed, I will do that by the hour. You do not need a big project to work with me, and you do not have to start over. Custom becomes worth it later, once the site has a real job to do: taking bookings, quoting, moving work through your team, or replacing something manual. Connecticut is small enough to drive end to end, so an in-person kickoff is straightforward almost anywhere in the state. After that most work runs remotely on US Eastern hours, which is faster for both of us than filling a calendar with meetings.

Common questions
How much does a website cost in Connecticut?
Less than an agency and more than a template. The honest answer is that it depends entirely on what the site has to do, which is why every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed price before any work begins. Published starting prices for each type of engagement are on the main web development page.
Do you meet in person?
Sometimes, and it is usually worth it for a first conversation if you are nearby. Most of the work after that runs remotely, because that is faster for both of us than scheduling meetings.
Do you work on WordPress or Squarespace sites?
Yes. My own builds are custom, in Next.js and React, but if you already run WordPress or Squarespace, or you have a theme you want set up and customised, I will work on it by the hour. You do not have to start over to work with me.
Do you only work with Connecticut businesses?
No. Connecticut is where I am based, and being nearby makes some things easier, but most clients are remote across US time zones.
Who actually does the work?
I do. There is no account manager, no offshore team, and nobody learning on your project. You talk to the person writing the code.
